She gave suggestions on how new teachers can foster a more positive relationship therefore they will not feel isolated professionally.
According to her, teaching is highly stressing. The best help therefore will have to come from a dedicated and worthy mentor. Find a mentor that will help you from start to finish and who cares about you deeply and to student’s learning.
The key to find success in teaching is by being organized with clear vision of goal and outcome for student learning. Without discipline and expectations in carrying out the procedure of rules, none of these two will be accomplished.
